Clinical-stage biotechnology company Yarrow Bioscience Inc (Nasdaq:YARW) announced on Monday that it has completed its merger with VYNE Therapeutics Inc and closed previously announced private financings totalling approximately USD200m.
The combined company will operate as Yarrow Bioscience, with its common stock expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol 'YARW' on 28 July 2026.
Additionally, Yarrow has initiated dosing in a Phase 2a/2b clinical trial of YB-101, a potential first-in-class anti-TSHR monoclonal antibody for Graves' disease, with or without thyroid eye disease, following FDA Fast Track Designation. Phase 2a data are expected in the second half of 2027.
Yarrow said its licensing partner, GenSci, is advancing YB-101 in Phase 1 studies in China for Graves' disease and thyroid eye disease. Data from the multiple ascending dose trial in patients with thyroid eye disease are expected in the second half of 2027 and are intended to inform the programme's future global development.
The company expects the approximately USD200m raised through pre-closing private placements to support operations into 2028.
