17 January 2012 - US non-prescription medicinal and healthcare products developer PuraMed BioScience Inc (OTCBB:PMBS) said on Monday it had named Sue Baacke chief financial officer.

Since 2009, Baacke has served as the corporate controller for PuraMed BioScience. Prior to joining the company, Baacke held a supervisory position at a Certified Public Accounting firm for more than 12 years.

Further, Baacke's appointment allows the firm's former CFO/COO James Higgins to expand his role as chief operating officer, PuraMed BioScience said.
