National HealthCare Corporation (NYSE American:NHC) declared on Thursday its quarterly dividend of USD0.52 per share of its common stock.

Shareholders of record as of 30 June 2021 will receive the dividend payment on 2 August 2021.

According to the company, it operates skilled nursing facilities, 24 assisted living communities, independent living communities, behavioural health hospital, homecare programmes, Alzheimer's and memory care units, hospice services as well as pharmacy services.
