The board of directors of biopharmaceutical company Pfizer Inc (NYSE:PFE) declared on Friday a dividend of USD0.39 per share on its common stock for first quarter of 2021.
This represents an increase of 3% from the prior USD0.38 per share paid in the fourth quarter of 2020.
Shareholders of record at the close of business on 29 January 2021 will receive the dividend payment on 5 March 2021.
