Therapy Brands, a US-based provider of fully-integrated Practice Management and EHR solutions for mental and behavioural health providers, announced on Friday that it has appointed Rob Sutton as its new senior vice president, Customer Care.

In the new role, Sutton will establish and nurture important partnerships across the customer journey. He will manage all aspects of Customer Care, Implementation, and Professional Services, driving collaborative change and innovation.

Sutton has more than 25 years of experience and has served as Affiliated Monitoring's head of Contact Centers-Monitoring Services. He has served a decade with Vonage in senior vice president of Customer Care and Operations, and vice president of Global Customer Care. He has also worked in Customer Care executive roles with AIG, AT&T Mobility (formerly Cingular Wireless), and AT&T.
