Denmark-based vaccines company Bavarian Nordic A/S (CPH:BAVA) on Monday published an update on its share buy-back programme launched on 1 September 2026, under which the company will repurchase shares for an amount up to DKK250m in September and October 2026.
As of 18 September 2026, the company had repurchased a total of 401,322 shares at an average price of DKK210.19 per share, for a total value of DKK84,353,084.
Following these transactions, Bavarian Nordic holds a total of 3,959,913 treasury shares, corresponding to 4.996% of the company's share capital.
