On 18 January 2012, the defendants Aker Biomarine ASA, Aker Biomarine Antarctic USA Inc, and Schiff Nutrition International Inc filed a motion to stay the litigation until the re-examination process was concluded.
The agreement reached by the parties was approved by the Delaware court on Thursday and limits the stay period to the completion of the re-examination procedure.
