Health-tech company Evinova said on Wednesday that it has entered into a multi-year strategic collaboration with German science and technology company Merck KGaA (ETR:MRK) to accelerate global clinical development through AI-native technology.

Merck KGaA will adopt Evinova's end-to-end platform across study design, document authoring and downstream automation, aiming to reduce development timelines, costs and operational bottlenecks.

The agreement provides priority access to Evinova's evolving AI capabilities, including study optimisation, multi-scenario simulation, automated conversion to USDM 4.0 and multi-agent document authoring.

Merck KGaA will also participate in Evinova's cross-industry operational data consortium, contributing to an intelligence layer designed to support data-informed clinical study decisions.

The collaboration aims to advance AI-driven research and development transformation while improving clinical development efficiency, data quality and patient experiences.
