Harmony Biosciences Holdings Inc (Nasdaq: HRMY), a United States-based pharmaceutical company, has named Mark Graf and Eric Motley as its new directors, it was reported on Wednesday.
Graf is an executive with financial expertise and an experienced board member with a background in corporate governance. He has spent more than eight years as the chief financial officer of Discover Financial Services and was a core member of the firm's Executive Committee. He has also spent five years in the private equity realm and was an Investment Advisor at Aquiline Capital Partners. He has served as a partner at Barrett Ellman Stoddard Capital Partners and chief financial officer of Fifth Third Bancorp and corporate treasurer. He has held various roles at AmSouth Bancorporation.
Motley is a senior management, talent, and organisational development executive with 20 years of experience assisting government, not-for-profit, and private sector organisations with building high-performing teams. Presently, he is an executive vice president and the corporate secretary at the Aspen Institute. He earlier held the position of director of the Henry Crown Fellowship Program. He has served at the White House for over four years, eventually as a special assistant to President George W Bush, working in the Office of Presidential Personnel.
