13 February 2012 - Provider of clinical narrative capture services MModal Inc (NASDAQ:MODL) on Monday announced that it has appointed Randy Drawas as chief marketing officer, a new position in the company.

In his new role Drawas will oversee the strategic market development of the M*Modal brand and its family of solutions.

Prior to joining MModal Inc Drawas worked for IT security company Kaspersky Lab in corporate and consumer marketing operations in North America, Latin America and Western Europe.
