Gerald Storch joins Bristol-Myers Squibb's board of directors
25 January 2012 - US pharma major Bristol-Myers Squibb Co (NYSE:BMY) said on Tuesday that Gerald Storch has joined the company's board of directors.

Storch will serve as a member of the audit committee, and the compensation and management development committee of the board of directors.

Storch is currently the chairman and CEO of Toys"R"Us Inc. From 1993 to 2005, he was with Target Corporation where he served in roles of increasing responsibility, including as vice chairman from January 2001 until his departure in October 2005. Prior to joining Target, Storch was a partner at McKinsey & Company, specialising in retail and financial services.
