14 January 2013 - Pharmaceutical company Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc (NYSE:WPI) said on Friday that it will host an Investor Meeting on 25 January 2013 at 8:00 EST in New York.

The company stated that the meeting will be hosted by its executive leadership team, offering an in-depth look into the combined company following the acquisition of the Actavis Group.

This meeting will be web cast simultaneously, highlighting the company’s 2012 review, forecast for growth in 2013 and beyond, a detailed review of financial, including an update the new company, expected synergies, the foreign exchange, tax positions, plan for deleveraging and expanded global generics business insight into Watson’s brands and biologics businesses.
