19 June 2013 - 19 June 2013 - US diagnostic solutions company Gold Standard Diagnostics revealed today its new Line Immunoassay technology for Lyme disease testing.

Thanks to its latest addition, Gold Standard will provide laboratories with an US FDA-cleared solution for serological testing and confirmation for Lyme disease, meeting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended processes.

The immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin M (IgM) line blots offers advancements in objectivity and usability through the use of Line Immunoassay technology, the company added.
