The former headquarters will now be established as a biotechnology campus. Details of the deal have not been revealed, however, it is likely that the property will be handed over on June 28, 2013.
The Campus Biotech Consortium includes the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL), the University of Geneva, Hansjorg Wyss, the Wyss Foundation and the Bertarelli family.
